Arbitration and Mediation Center (AMC) offers a cost effective alternative to time consuming and expensive litigation.

remains as an attractive alternative to litigation.

In order to save clients time and money, AMC has instituted   procedural options that allow the crafting of a process that is commensurate with the dispute.

With AMC Expedited Arbitration Procedures, parties can         choose a process that limits document requests, e-discovery and depositions. 

    Mediation is a non-binding, informal settlement conference

facilitated by the efforts of one of AMC's skilled Mediators.

         AMC mediated cases more often than not result in the resolution of all outstanding issues. 

     When a settlement is reached, a Post-Mediation Agreement is  signed by the parties and the mediator to confirm the mutually agreed upon terms.
